Perhaps the best testimony to the success of the firm is not anything we would say, but by what the market has said. 16 short months after our first closing, the sub prime crisis of 2007 began. Within a year the financial meltdown was destroying Wall Street and the housing market crashed. It was the worst time to be in the real estate brokerage business since the Great Depression.
Through that chaos, the firm grew through astute decisions, knowing how best to serve the clientele, and without the help of outside investors. By 2014, the firm had expanded to three offices and we now have over 80 dedicated licensed professionals to serve you. 2016 was our first $100 million year of closed volume, and we are now the largest independent Westchester or Putnam-based real estate broker by sold units.
